The pool
Saltwater, fenced, open all year
Private to your booking, with a self-closing gate and a shade sail over the paving.
Your own saltwater pool
Long enough for laps, saltwater rather than chlorine, fully fenced, and shared with nobody but your group.
Room to spread out
Two separate living areas, plus a bathroom and a second toilet, so a full house isn’t all waiting on one door.
A fully equipped kitchen
Granite benches, gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge, and all the cookware, utensils and crockery you need for a week of real meals.
Metro to the city in 20 minutes
The new Metro station is close by and runs into the Sydney CBD in about twenty minutes. Driving instead? A garage for two cars and plenty of street parking out the front.
The whole house, to yourselves
A single-storey brick home with its own private entrance, on a very quiet residential street where the loudest thing most days is the lorikeets. Three bedrooms down one hall, a bathroom and a separate toilet, a lounge at the front and a dining room off the kitchen, and a covered terrace running along the back looking over the pool. Air conditioning in every room.

Room by room
What’s behind each door, so there are no surprises when you arrive.

The saltwater pool
The pool runs most of the length of the yard — saltwater, so no stinging eyes, and open year-round. It’s fully fenced with a self-closing gate and visible from the house, and a shade sail covers part of the paving for the middle of the day.
- Covered terrace with an outdoor dining setting and lounge chairs
- Opens straight into the dining room, so meals drift in and out
- Garden seating on the far side with a view down the water

The kitchen
A fully equipped galley kitchen: granite benchtops along both sides, a gas cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher and a full-size fridge, with every pot, pan and plate you need. It opens through to the dining room, so whoever’s cooking isn’t shut away from everyone else.
- Dishwasher, microwave, toaster and electric kettle
- Full cookware, utensils, crockery and glassware
- Dining table seating six, terrace through the doors

Two living areas
A lounge at the front with the smart TV, built-in shelving and light through full-height windows, and a separate dining room at the back. With a group, that separation is the difference between a relaxed week and everyone in the same room. Each room also has a double sofa bed, so a larger party still has somewhere comfortable to put everyone.
- Smart TV with Netflix, sofa and armchairs
- A built-in bar between the kitchen and dining room
- A work desk and fast wi-fi, if part of the trip is work
- A double sofa bed in the living room and another in the dining room

Three bedrooms
Two queen rooms and a third with two king single beds — the arrangement that works for two couples plus kids, or a family of five, without anyone drawing the short straw. Built-in wardrobes and air conditioning in each, plus a double sofa bed in each of the two living areas when the numbers go up.

Portable cot on request. Quality linen and mattresses throughout.

Bathroom, separate toilet and laundry
A full bathroom with a glass shower, plus a separate toilet in its own room — which is what keeps a house of this size workable when everyone wants the pool and then a shower at once. The laundry is a real one, not a cupboard — which is why this suits longer stays.
- Washing machine, dryer, steam iron and ironing board
- Hairdryer and fresh towels for every guest
- Separate toilet off the hall
Beaches, parkland and the harbour, all within half an hour
Swim at the bay in the morning, walk the coast track in the afternoon, catch a game or a concert in the evening, and come home to your own pool. Drive times are approximate.

Reviews left by guests on our Airbnb and Booking.com listings, reproduced word for word. The same things come up again and again: the pool, how clean the house is, how much space there is, and how quickly Van replies.
“We loved the location. Short walk to Roselands shopping centre. Loved the space within the home environment, main beds so comfortable. Air-conditioning throughout was great. Loved having a pool to enjoy on great warm days.”
“Family friendly property. Stayed as family of 6. Kids love the pool. Clean house. Sheets smell good. Close to shopping center.”
“Spacious place in a pleasant street. Great sized rooms and layout is great for a family to seperate sleeping and living areas. Van was proactive and clear with check in instructions. I would recommend as a place to stay.”

Guests mention the same thing over and over: messages answered fast, and problems sorted without fuss. Ask about early check-in, a cot, a late flight, or a longer stay — it’s usually possible.
“Booked the property to stay at for the Lady Gaga concert and the host was nothing but accommodating. They helped us any way they could to make our concert experience less stressful accommodation wise.”
