Check in any time from 3pm, out by 10am. Self check-in through a lockbox, so a late flight is no problem — the code comes through before you arrive. Early check-in is usually fine when the house is free the night before; just ask.

The pool is fully fenced with a self-closing, self-latching gate, checked between every stay, and it’s visible from the house. Children must be supervised in the pool area at all times — there is no lifeguard and no alarm on the water.

It’s saltwater, private to your booking, and open year-round.

Yes — fast wi-fi, a work desk and a chair, and two living areas so a call in one room doesn’t stop the house.

Private parking on site is free, with a garage that fits two cars, and there’s plenty of unrestricted street parking out the front for a third or fourth — handy if two families arrive separately. The airport is about fifteen minutes by road. If you’d rather not drive into the city, Punchbowl Metro station is a five-minute drive and reaches the CBD in about twenty minutes. Late arrivals and early departures are both fine — the lockbox means you’re never waiting on anyone to let you in or out.

No parties or events, and no extra overnight guests beyond the number on your booking. Neighbours are close on both sides, so quiet hours are 10pm to 8am — please keep the noise down around the pool between those times.
